The BBQ Central Show

Description

The BBQ Central Show is a weekly internet based show that airs live each Tuesday from 9pm-11pm EST originating from Cleveland, Ohio. Each show attempts to cover the big news items in the BBQ and Grilling industry in hopes of promoting the art and sport of barbecue. It is widely considered to be the longest running and BEST show of its kind on any type of medium. Join me each Tuesday and help spread the gospel of barbecue and grilling!

Hour 1: The show starts a little early tonight…I will be helping Chad Ward close his show at 8:45pm EST. Chad will ask me about the show and how BBQ has changed in the last 4+ years of the show. When my show starts, I will turn the tables and ask Chad about his first year of hosting his show “Whiskey Bent BBQ In The Pit”. Then Sam Zien will reload from last week. Sam hosts “The Sam Livecast” and has also authored a number of cooking books. We will go over recipes tips, fresh vs. dried spices and a VEG Garden. We will laos talk about his impending cooking competition that will take place on his show starting tomorrow night. The Jack Daniels Draw happened this past Friday afternoon in Lynvhburg, TN. Helping me break down the field and give us his view of this event is Chris Hart from I-Que. Chris will be making his 11th trip in a row this year…he has won this event before and looks to grab another Jack win in 2012. Hour 2: Making its triumphant reutrn, “The BBQ Round Table” shows up to cover competition style ribs with 3 of the besst cooks the competition circuit has to offer. We will cover everything from picking out the ribs, prepping them, cooking them and serving them. You won’t want to miss this show…it’s always one of the most popular segments!
