The BBQ Central Show is a weekly internet based show that airs live each Tuesday from 9pm-11pm EST originating from Cleveland, Ohio. Each show attempts to cover the big news items in the BBQ and Grilling industry in hopes of promoting the art and sport of barbecue. My first guest tonight is pitmaster of Butcher BBQ Team, Dave Bouska. Dave was on this past Sunday’s BBQ Pitmasters show. Dave will talk about his time on the show, the win and about his new “Bird Booster” product. We might even hit a bit on HORSE MEAT!
In the 3rd segment, I will be joined by another BBQ Pitmasters contestant, pitmaster of The Rolling Grill, Eric Thomas. As Dave did, Eric will recap his time on the show and give us some background on how he got in to competition BBQ.
My first guest in the 2nd hour is on the current season of “Master-Chef” which can be seen on Fox. Lynn Chyi joins me to talk about the show, how he got on and what it takes to get on a show like this. Lynn also is one of the AV experts on the Sam Livecast which airs new episodes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the official BBQ sauce and rub reviewer for the BBQ Central Show, Scott Roberts. As always, Scott will give us his take on some new sauces and rubs that he has recently tried. He will tell us if it is worth the money or not.
