Description

The BBQ Central Show is a weekly internet based show that airs live each Tuesday from 9pm-11pm EST originating from Cleveland, Ohio. Each show attempts to cover the big news items in the BBQ and Grilling industry in hopes of promoting the art and sport of barbecue. It is widely considered to be the longest running and BEST show of its kind on any type of medium. Join me each Tuesday and help spread the gospel of barbecue and grilling!

Hour 1: My first guest tonight just attended the KCBS End of The Year Banquet and received his honor for being top chicken cook in 2012.  Pitmaster of Slap Yo Daddy, Harry Soo joins me.  Harry will recap his 2012 season and give us some of his highlights.  We will look ahead to the upcoming 2013 season, his cooking classes and his new process of cooking chicken…and what internal temperature to finish it at…you won’t want to miss it!! Hour 2: Kicking off the second hour, the Brewing Raw Materials Process Manager, North America for Anheuser-Busch Sarah Schilling, joins me to talk beer.  We will get some background on her, some history on Anheuser-Busch and most importantly, the proper beer pouring techniques.  Do not be fooled by your neighborhood bartender…there is a correct way to pull a draft from the tap and I guarantee the majority of them are not doing it correctly!
