Description

The BBQ Central Show is a weekly internet based show that airs live each Tuesday from 9pm-11pm EST originating from Cleveland, Ohio. Each show attempts to cover the big news items in the BBQ and Grilling industry in hopes of promoting the art and sport of barbecue. It is widely considered to be the longest running and BEST show of its kind on any type of medium. Join me each Tuesday and help spread the gospel of barbecue and grilling!

Hour 1: The second weekend of every month finds the creator of the Amazing Ribs website, Meathead Goldwyn joins me for his monthly segment.  Tonight we take a run at cold weather cooking and we hit Mardis Gras. Switching gears and heading south, we welcome first time guest and pitmaster of Git-R-Smoked, Terry McKay.  Terry on the Apopka, FL this past weekend so we will get the recap there and find out a bit more about Terry and how he got in to the competition scene. Hour 2: In the second hour, Sam The Cooking Guy joins me to cover topics ranging from stainless steel cookware, TV cooking shows, sharing some great recipes and who knows what else.
