The 4th of July is just days away and I know we are all a little bored with the usual hamburgers and hot dog barbecue. So I invited Chef Phillip Dell to help us figure out some healthy cuisine choices for the Independence Day holiday. Chef Dell shares his journey on the popular Food Network show ‘Chopped’. He went from pastry chef to losing 92 lbs! You’ll want to hear how he makes food less fatty and still taste great. Later in the show, we find how to add those bedroom fireworks when we talk to Harvard Medical School’s Dr. Abraham Morgentaler. He is an expert on men’s health and testosterone. Today he is leading the charge to have a frank and open conversation about men and sex, exploring the fact and fiction behind the commonly accepted stereotypes to make both men and women alike question what we think we know about gender, motivation, sex, relationships and ultimately the definition of a “man.” We find out all sorts of interesting facts from his book Why Men Fake It- The Totally Unexpected Truth about Men and Sex. Producer Susannah and I get into some fun articles including Barbecue Smarts: Eat All Day Without Overdoing It. You’ve tried to diet and get into that bikini all spring, don’t ruin it on a party BBQ. These helpful hints will get you through the eating frenzy anytime. And we have an article to get you in the mood for your own fireworks. Dawn McCoy from Beauty Frosting comes in to give us another great Beauty Beat. And we can’t have a 4th of July party without a hot pick song of the week it’s Live It Up by Jennifer Lopez featuring Pitbull. Hope everyone has an exciting and safe holiday! Don’t forget to write in to me at askmoll.com for all of your questions! See you next week.
